Northern Valley Constructions has been helping clients achieve their dream homes for over 15 years.
After working for other building companies since the beginning of my career I always had the vision of starting my own business. When the opportunity presented itself in the early 2000’s I jumped at the chance to create Northern Valley Constructions and I have never looked back.
As a family run business we are not like other building companies. We provide you with personalised direct one on one contact with myself throughout the whole job.

NVC Hit the ground running
We engaged Northern Valley Carpentry (NVC) as the builder to renovate of our Victorian Terrace in Northcote. This was not a simple build as we were required to keep the façade but the remainder of the property had to be demolished. We needed a builder who was comfortable working within these unusual parameters who could also move quickly, in line with council requirements. NVC hit the ground running and our project was completed within 6 months. This was well ahead of expectations for what was essentially the construction of a brand new house. We are really pleased with the final product and we love living in the house. It has everything we asked for and came in on budget. The NVC team was collaborative and easy to work with, therefore we intend to use NVC for future projects and recommend NVC to others looking for a reliable and hardworking builder.
